Roaming/APN Settings (iOS)

Roaming Settings

This setting enables you to use data communications via the local carrier's network while traveling abroad.

STEP 1.

1. Select "Mobile Data"

「設定」アプリ→「モバイル通信」を選択

STEP2.

1. Make sure the added eSIM is turned on. If it is off, turn it on.
2. Select "Mobile Data"

STEP3.

1. Select the loaded eSIM (here, "Travel")

*If you turn on "Allow mobile data switching", you may incur high charges due to roaming on your main line. Be sure to turn it off.

読み込んだeSIMを選択

STEP 4.

1. Check that "Mobile Data Communication" is switched on

2. Select the loaded eSIM

「モバイルデータ通信」が切り替わっていることを確認し読み込んだeSIMを選択

STEP5.

1. Turn on "Data Roaming" for the loaded eSIM

読み込んだeSIMの「データローミング」をオン

STEP6.

1. Select the original eSIM (main line)

元々入っていたeSIM(主回線)を選択

STEP7.

1. Turn off "Data Roaming"

「データローミング」をオフ

APN setting

・These are the initial settings required to use E-Sim.

・If you are unable to connect even after configuring the settings before and after your departure, please configure as follows.

STEP 1.

1. Select "Mobile Data"

「設定」アプリ→「モバイル通信」を選択

STEP.2

1. Select the eSIM you purchased from eSIM

イーシムさんで購入したeSIMを選択

STEP3.

1. Select "Mobile Data Network"

「モバイルデータ通信ネットワーク」を選択

STEP 4.

1. Enter the APN information confirmed by email in the red box. *Attached to the email from eSIM-san.

Depending on your device, APN information may already be entered.

Try turning airplane mode on and off and restarting your device.

Please check your roaming and APN settings again after traveling abroad.

If you use a 5G-compatible device, it may be difficult to receive a 4G signal.
*The display location may differ depending on the iOS version. Settings ⮕ Mobile Communications ⮕ Communication Options ⮕ Voice and Data ⮕ Check "4G" or "LTE"
